Policy changes at the State made visible a need to collaborate across county to audit the State's welfare payment processing. ​Engaged by a local  welfare fraud department, PSG modernized the welfare reporting and auditing process by leveraging cloud services to integrate multiple counties which supported the dual payment reduction initiative throughout the county.  Our integrated analysis methodology incorporated multiple levels of agencies to promote collaboration across business units.  ​Enabling better use of state social services funds and a process to recapture funds delivered in error.
